Please note that pick-up is required within 1 hour of grooming completion and cancellations should be made 24 hours in advance!
You will receive an email or text confirmation for your appointment If a specific date or time is not showing as available, please contact us at (214) 407-8349 to check for availability or cancellations.
If your pet is a poodle, poodle mix, doodle, St. Bernard, Great Pyrenees, Afghan, Sheepdog, or another specialty breed, please make sure you are booking as a Specialty Breed Service so enough time is allotted for your appointment.
NOTICE TO ALL NEW CLIENTS
We require a credit card to be placed on file to hold your appointment. In the event you no-show or cancel this appointment with less than 24 hours notice, your credit card will be charged a non-refundable fee of 50% of your grooming services. By signing our Grooming Agreement and requesting this online appointment, you agree to the no-show/cancellation charges that may be applied.
A team member will reach out to you after your appointment has been requested online. Please call us with any questions you have regarding the online scheduling process.
We require proof of the Rabies vaccine. Please bring verification of Rabies vaccine on the day of your appointment to avoid a canceled or rescheduled appointment.
